The Ecocalc calculation software is a valuable support for sewerage designers, allowing them to perform hydraulic and static calculations of our corrugated pipes.
The free tool provided by Polieco is a valuable ally for calculating the flow rate of a sewer and stormwater pipe, allowing calculations to be printed and exported in Word, Excel or Acrobat format in just a few steps.
In particular, if the flow rate of a pipe needs to be calculated, the software performs hydraulic calculations of the flow rates generated by civil effluents and rain events and allows the commercial diameter of corrugated pipes required to convey these flow rates to be identified.
As far as the static calculation is concerned, it is possible to calculate the deformation of a corrugated pipe from Polieco depending on the installation method (trench width, burial depth, material used for covering, presence of vehicular loads) on the basis of formulas defined by German or British standards.
The software also allows us to know how to size our absorbing manholes and dispersing trenches, depending on rainfall and the characteristics of the areas affected by the intervention.
The software is also provided with a library of drawings in Acrobat format for special pieces and manholes and the latest version of the technical manual for Polieco’s corrugated pipes.
