KIO C250

Polieco manufactures KIO class C250 manhole covers: this is a manhole cover made from composite material, consisting of a square or round frame with fins for anchoring during installation. The cover, provided with a non-slip surface, has also a square or round shape and can also be requested with a screw lock.

KIO class C250 manhole covers are made in different sizes: all the models include a noise proof gasket in SBR or EPDM material. Furthermore, all the C250 manhole covers can be customised with logos or texts.

The KIO C250 manhole cover is used, as specified in standard EN 124-1, as a gully top and closes road manholes, in gutters along the edge of road pavements extending 0.5 m at most into the carriage way and a maximum of 0.2 m into the pedestrian area. It is also designed for use in gas, water works, sewerage and electrical networks and transport and telecommunication systems, as well as waste water purification and lifting stations and service stations.
