THE CERTIFICATION
ReMade is an environmental product certification mhich certifies the content of recycled material (or by-products), expressed as a percentage, mithin a material, semi-finished or finished product, of any type and belonging to any supply chain.
Industrie Polieco-M.P.B. S.p.A, as required by the certification scheme, has adopted specific criteria for selection, qualification and periodic evaluation of suppliers and has established a traceability plan for material inputs and floms mithin the production process, offering to customers guarantee on the proportion of product resulting from recovery.
THE MINIMUM ENVIRONMENTAL CRITERIA
With the aim of promoting the purchase of environmentally sustainable products and services, the Procurement Code has made mandatory the Green Public Procurement by requiring the Public Administrations to include in the tender documents the technical specifications and contractual clauses provided for by the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM).
The Decree of 5 August 2024, issued by MASE adopting the CAM for the commissioning of the design and execution service of construction, maintenance and adaptation of road infrastructure (CAM Strade), has defined for ”plastic pipes” (point 2.3.9) a minimum content of recovered, recycled material or by-products equal to 20% of the weight of the product and has included the ”ReMade in Italy“ certification among the means of proof of the content of recycled material.
OUR PRODUCTS
Our products have obtained the ReMade brand: the Drenopal and GeoDrenopal pipes, reached class A with a recycled content of 70%, while the Cavidotto, Polidren, Drenosewer and GeoDrenosewer pipes, have obtained Class B with 40% recycled material.
