Ale hovori\u0165 o <a href=\"https:\/\/polieco.com\/sk\/type\/kanalizacne-siete\/\">r\u00farach z plastu<\/a> je ve\u013emi v\u0161eobecn\u00e9, preto\u017ee plasty vykazuj\u00fa r\u00f4zne vlastnosti pod\u013ea pou\u017eit\u00fdch polym\u00e9rov.<br>Vysvetlime si teda skratky, \u0161pecifik\u00e1cie a technick\u00e9 vlastnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polyvinylchlorid (skratka PVC), polypropyl\u00e9n (skratka PP) a <strong>polyetyl\u00e9n<\/strong> (<strong>skratka<\/strong> PE) s\u00fa najpou\u017e\u00edvanej\u0161\u00edmi plastov\u00fdmi materi\u00e1lmi v oblasti kanaliz\u00e1ci\u00ed.<br>Hlavne <strong>potrubia z PEAD<\/strong> (skratka PEAD) sa daj\u00fa vyrobi\u0165 s plnou stenou alebo dvojitou stenou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potrubie z mater\u00e1lu PEAD<\/strong>&nbsp;s dvojitou stenou, alebo \u0161trukt\u00farovanou stenou sa zrodilo v \u201980 rokoch n\u00e1padom spoji\u0165 \u0161pecifikc\u00e1cie polyetyl\u00e9nu s v\u00fdhodami rebrovanej kon\u0161trukcie.<br><strong>R\u00fary z polyetyl\u00e9nu s vysokou hustotou<\/strong>&nbsp;maj\u00fa teda ur\u010dit\u00fd rad podstatn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>v\u00fdborn\u00e1 odolnos\u0165 na p\u00f4sobenie odpadov\u00fdch v\u00f4d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>n\u00edzka hmotnos\u0165;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 kruhov\u00e1 tuhos\u0165;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00fdborn\u00e1 odolnos\u0165 na za\u0165a\u017eenie pri in\u0161tal\u00e1cii a prev\u00e1dzke;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jednoduchos\u0165 a r\u00fdchlos\u0165 pokladania;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>z\u00e1ruky kvality v \u010dase;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 nutnos\u0165 \u00fadr\u017eby;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00fdborn\u00fd pomer n\u00e1klady\/\u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/polieco.com\/sk\/type\/kablove-chranicky\/\">R\u00fary z plastu<\/a>&nbsp;definujeme ako pru\u017en\u00e9, preto\u017ee ke\u010f s\u00fa vystaven\u00e9 vonkaj\u0161iemu nam\u00e1haniu, doch\u00e1dza k deform\u00e1cii kruhovej \u010dasti (&gt; 3 %) bez po\u0161kodenia*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To, \u010do ovplyv\u0148uje pru\u017enos\u0165 r\u00fary, je kruhov\u00e1 tuhos\u0165 (SN), ktor\u00e1 sa vypo\u010d\u00edta pomocou vzorca, ktor\u00fd sp\u00e1ja modul pru\u017enosti (E) materi\u00e1lu, z ktor\u00e9ho je r\u00fara vyroben\u00e1, moment zotrva\u010dnosti (I) a stredn\u00fd priemer r\u00fary (Dm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010c\u00edm pru\u017enej\u0161ia je r\u00fara, t\u00fdm men\u0161\u00ed bude jej modul pru\u017enosti.<br>Pokia\u013e ide o plastov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, v skuto\u010dnosti maj\u00fa hodnoty r\u00e1du:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PVC 3,6\u30fb103 Mpa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PP 1,4\u30fb103 MPa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PEAD 1,0\u30fb103 Mpa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In\u00e1 hodnota modulu pru\u017enosti v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1me nevyhnutne do \u010dinenia s r\u00farou s vysoku kvalitou; ak r\u00fary nemaj\u00fa tie\u017e vysok\u00fa odolnos\u0165 proti n\u00e1razu, ako m\u00e1 <strong>polyetyl\u00e9nov\u00e9 potrubie<\/strong>, bud\u00fa krehk\u00e9 a teda n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 ku zlomom.<br>Druhou charakteristikou, ktor\u00fa treba vzia\u0165 do \u00favahy pri hodnoten\u00ed pru\u017enosti r\u00fary, je moment zotrva\u010dnosti steny (I). Na dosiahnutie primeranej kruhovej tuhosti sa plastov\u00e9 r\u00fary s n\u00edzkymi hodnotami modulu pru\u017enosti musia vyzna\u010dova\u0165 vysok\u00fdm momentom zotrva\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby sme sa vyhli zna\u010dn\u00fdm hr\u00fabkam, \u010di\u017ee aj vysok\u00fdm hmotnostiam a n\u00e1kladom, dosiahli sme zv\u00fd\u0161enie momentu zotrva\u010dnosti v\u010faka existencii rebrovania alebo zvlnenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okrem toho treba po\u010d\u00edta\u0165 s t\u00fdm, \u017ee plastov\u00e9 r\u00fary vystaven\u00e9 kon\u0161tantn\u00e9mu za\u0165a\u017eeniu sa \u010dasom deformuj\u00fa v d\u00f4sledku ich viskoelasticity. Tento jav sa naz\u00fdva plastick\u00fd tok alebo visk\u00f3zna deform\u00e1cia, be\u017ene zn\u00e1my pod anglick\u00fdm v\u00fdrazom \u201ecreep\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomer visk\u00f3zneho nap\u00e4tia\/deform\u00e1cie sa naz\u00fdva \u201ecreep modulus\u201c, ktor\u00fd sa nesmie zamie\u0148a\u0165 s modulom pru\u017enosti materi\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po in\u0161tal\u00e1cii sa potrubie v skuto\u010dnosti okam\u017eite deformuje a potom sa pomaly deformuje po\u010das ur\u010dit\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho obdobia. Tento \u010das sa l\u00ed\u0161i v z\u00e1vislosti od p\u00f4dnych podmienok a sp\u00f4sobu in\u0161tal\u00e1cie, ale nikdy nepresiahne dva roky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre\u010do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/polieco.com\/sk\/\">Polieco<\/a>&nbsp;vyr\u00e1ba&nbsp;<strong>vlnit\u00e9 r\u00fary PEAD<\/strong>? Aby sme na to odpovedali, mus\u00edme vysvetli\u0165&nbsp;<strong>\u010do je polyetyl\u00e9n<\/strong>&nbsp;a ak\u00e9 s\u00fa jeho charakteristick\u00e9 vlastnosti.<br>Pr\u00e1ve hovor\u00edme o termoplastickom materi\u00e1le z\u00edskanom polymeriz\u00e1ciou etyl\u00e9nov\u00e9ho monom\u00e9ru, ropn\u00e9ho deriv\u00e1tu, na re\u0165azce s vysokou molekulovou hmotnos\u0165ou (CH2=CH2). Existuje nieko\u013eko procesov polymeriz\u00e1cie etyl\u00e9nu, ktor\u00e9 boli vyvinut\u00e9 v priebehu rokov pri r\u00f4znych pokusoch zlep\u0161i\u0165 fyzik\u00e1lno-mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti polyetyl\u00e9nu, ako je dlhodob\u00e1 odolnos\u0165 vo\u010di vn\u00fatorn\u00e9mu tlaku, odolnos\u0165 vo\u010di vysokej teplote a spracovate\u013enos\u0165.<br>D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm parametrom, ktor\u00fd n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje presne ur\u010di\u0165 mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti r\u00f4znych typov polyetyl\u00e9nu v oblasti potrub\u00ed, je MRS (minim\u00e1lna po\u017eadovan\u00e1 pevnos\u0165).
